Elizabeth Reaser has a career as an American television, film and stage actress. Her most famous role is The Twilight Saga (film), Greys Anatomy (series) and True Detective. Elizabeth Reaser was raised in and born in Michigan. She was interested to become an actor since she was a child. The high school she attended led her to the Juilliard School drama division, which she attended and graduated with the degree of master in fine arts. She made her TV debut with a guest appearance in the famous series, The Sopranos, and then was a part of a variety of successful series such as The Jury, Hack, and Standoff. In 2006, when she landed the part in the role of Alice Alden on the 2006 show Saved and her career began to take off. In the following years, she played major roles in TV shows like Greys Anatomy, The Good Wife, and True Detective. Also, she appeared in movies such as Liberal Arts, One and Two as well as in the entire five installments of The Twilight Saga.

Jessica's love of film and television began at a young, easily influenced age. Being a model at a young age Jessica began her professional career. An Australian director of casting approached her for auditions. The role she was offered was 'Kiki' in the film Lightning Point/Alien surf Girls. In the years since, she's appeared in small roles like Peter Pan or Aquamarine. On the Netflix Original Series Roman Empire, she played Cleopatra. In addition, she starred on the Pirates of the Caribbean classic film Dead Men Tell No Tales. Jessica was selected by a global search for the lead role in The Outpost. Her producers got a tape of her performance in MMA as well as a video of her acting. The producers received a short video the following day of herself sword fighting. After reading the script, Jessica was aware that the character would require weapons training, and recorded her first lesson in a class with a trained professional. Jonathan Glassner said that the stunt crew was surprised by how Jessica fared during her initial lesson. This was her first US major role as she had previously acted in Australian films. Jessica's martial arts and horseback riding capabilities and athletic skills allow her to do stunts, portraying the tough woman. Jessica has learned to box, learn muay Thai as well as trains at the gym for mixed martial arts in Australia. Jake Stormoen was working on Season 4 when he was on Season 4 set when he encountered a dog that was wandering around. One of the puppies had taken up residence on one of the set. Jessica took care of two pups.
